Our Story
Establishing in 2003, with three Land Rovers and 2000 acres in the Wicklow Mountains, we delivered exclusively, Off-Road Driving Experiences to the domestic Corporate Market here in Ireland.
As Ireland’s leading Off-Road experience provider, Orangeworks progressed into the Incentive Travel Experience space where we have been creating and delivering exceptional off the beaten path group experiences for some 18+ years, fuelled by the passion of our co-director and Wicklow native Oran Masterson.
The luxury segment of our destination travel journey began in 2021, when Fáilte Ireland onboarded us into their first Luxury Travel Partner Programme. We transitioned seamlessly into the Luxury Leisure ‘Life Experiences’ space, somewhere we’d always been with group travel, but now with a focus on visiting Multigenerational Families, Friends and Destination Wedding groups.
Overland Discovery Experience
The Overland Discovery Experience is a wholly immersive off the beaten path tour to private lands, in brand new 4×4’s, with our charismatic drivers. The tour incorporates a selection of family friendly curated in house activities, artisan tastings, while taking in breathtaking landscapes with only the breeze and a number of sheep for company.
We bring your clients to locations that tourists cannot get to, indeed for over 18+ years, we’ve forged incredible friendships with land owners which has given us unrivalled access to these locations.

Our Locations
Where are we located?
We operate primarily in two regions.
On the east coast, in Ireland’s ancient east, just 45 minutes South of Dublin city centre, The Wicklow Mountains await.
On the west coast, our Wild Atlantic Way, only 60 minutes from Shannon Airport, The Burren awaits. We operate seasonally from mid March until the end of October in both regions.
Not limiting your clients to two geographical locations, we can of course curate a tailor made Overland Discovery Experience in any region, given time, budget and their interests.
